The Trump administration’s next immigration target is a program that allows the spouses of some high-skilled engineers to work in the United States.
Under President Obama, so-called H-4 spouses were allowed to work when the H1B-holding spouse applied for their green card.
This order had been challenged in court.
Trump's administration today filed a motion asking the court for 6 months while it considers what to do with that rule.
It appears that Trump is slowly chipping away at various kinds of legal and illegal immigration.
