He was seen in the visual complaining to a pharmacist how he is feeling weak and after his explanation, it was revealed that he has already abused a simple medication instruction and the resultant effect is that he'll have an erection for six weeks.
The young man's erection was so severe that some ladies were seen running away from him after they were scared of his manhood's size.
