Episode 6
I got home from school that day feeling really down..
She is so confusing.
I placed the snacks she gave me on the table in my room
Occasionally my eyes wandered to it before I slept off.
I didn't go to school the rest of the week.

I go to school the following week, as I am chatting with my friends someone tap me.
Yeah you guessed right.
It's her.
"Hey Kevin"
"Hi"
"Can I have your number?"
"What?"
"I didn't see you the rest of last week and it's already been two weeks since we were given the project and we've not really done anything. So if I have your number we will be able to talk and....."
"Give me your phone"
"What?"
"Your phone".
She gives me her phone and I type my number in and give it back to her.
"Thanks, bye Kevin." Ava says as she goes off and I watch her leave.

I see a text message on my WhatsApp from a strange number.
"Who is this?"
"Ava"
"Oh..okay"
"How was school today?"
"It was fine"
"You busy tomorrow?"
"No, why?"
"I wanna invite you for a program"
"What program?"
"A youth programme in my church"
"Not interested"
"Come on, it will be fun"
"What's fun about church?"
"Everything"
"Whatever.... Not interested"
I switch off my data connection.
Few seconds later I get a call.
"This number looks familiar".
I pick up.
" Hello"
"Ava?"
"Yeah it's me" she says happily
"What do you want?"
"Can we meet...
."
"I don't wanna go for your programme"
"You didn't let me finish, can we meet up at library tomorrow after school for the project?"
"Oh...sure"
"3pm..OK?"
"Sure"
"Please don't be late, I have to be in church by 5pm".
" Whatever...bye" I click the red button.
Rude. I know.
I get up from bed and head to the dining.
I eat my food and then go back to my room.
I start working more on the project.
We just have just 2 weeks left.
I read a bit.
And I go to bed.

Episode 7
After school I go to the library.
I got there 2:30pm.
Surprised??
I finished my classes early actually, although that's not really the reason,
I just don't want to disappoint her for some reason I don't know.
I am going through what I did last night for the project when a voice jolts me out of my reading.
"OH MY GOD" Ava says with a hand on her mouth.
"You got here before me"
I roll my eyes.
"Stop being so overdramatic and sit down" I say.
"You are no fun" she says with a smile.
She brings out her things including her Bible.
"Do you take that everywhere?"
"What?"
"That thing..."
She seems lost
"Bible"
"Oh..Yeah" she says.
I sigh.
We begin our work, after comparing what we both got, it actually made sense.
"All we need now is to design the PowerPoint presentation" I say
"Yeah" she says with a frown
"I'll do it" I say
"You will? Wow"
"Stop being....
."
"Overdramatic" she finishes my words for me with a smirk.
I smile a bit.
"Omigosh, did you just smile?"
"No I didn't"
"Yes you did"
"No"
"Yes"

"Yes"

"Yes"

"No".
" Yes" I say
Wait..
"You tricked me"
She laughs and points her tongue at me.
And we both laughed.......
At that moment I am happy, happier than usual.
"Oh my God, it's 4:30 already. The programme starts by 5pm, I have to go".
She hurriedly starts packing her books
"Oh..okay" I say, a little bit disappointed
"Oh, here"
"What's this?"
"It's a tract"
"I don't need..
."
"Take it okay? Throw it away if you want to... It has the address of my church at the back in case you change your mind. Bye Kevin".
She runs off.
As I was packing my things I see a book, a black book.
She forgot her Bible.
I pick it up along with my bag and run outside.
I got to the parking lot and see no one.
Wow, she runs fast
"Hi babe"
I hear from behind me.
"Ashley...." I say
"Mr. Invisible, it's been a while"
"Yeah been busy"
"With Ava?" She says with disgust.
"Yes with Ava but not what you think".
"You seem stressed... I have a way to relieve you of your stress" She says seductively.
"Let's go to your house". She says.
