Rob Kardashian’s Instagram account has been shut down hours after he posted several naked photos of his ex, Blac Chyna. While fans may have initially thought that Kardashian deleted his own account — he’s done so a few times in the past — he shared an update on Twitter after his account got suspended.Kardashian violated Instagram’s Terms of Service in a couple of different ways. For starters, the nude photos were against the rules. After Instagram got wind of those posts, they were removed from Kardashian’s account. However, he posted them again a short while later — and they were deleted again.
“You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service,” reads part of Instagram’s TOS.
Kardashian also tried to defame Chyna, calling her out for using drugs, having plastic surgery to get her post-baby body (that he claims he paid for), and calling out a couple of different men that he claims Chyna cheated on him with. He also posted phone numbers of people that texted him, which is a violation of privacy.
- “You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not post private or confidential information via the Service, including, without limitation, your or any other person’s credit card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers, non-public phone numbers or non-public email addresses,” Instagram’s TOS also reads.
